For bare space exhibitors: electricity during setup and show days is mandatory, a 1m x 1m ramp must be provided, booth number should be displayed on the fascia, and the maximum height limit (including platform and fascia) is 4 meters, stall beneath mezzanine structure must not exceed 3 meters.

On setup days, closed shoes and wrist bands are mandatory
On Show days, booth staff should maintain a professional attitude, be polite to visitors, avoid eating or using phones at the booth, and wear formal or branded business attire. Casual clothing is not allowed.

Yes, a feedback form will be provided by the organiser on the last day of the show at your stall.
You can book for the next edition by filling out the rebooking form, which will be made available during the show.
