CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

PLEASE READ THE CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY CAREFULLY

• The Company reserves its unfettered right to cancel or change the booking/registration. Should this happen, the Company will attempt to provide a suitable solution.
• You agree and acknowledge that before confirming your registration, you will always check carefully. Wrongfully made registration shall not be refundable.
• You agree and acknowledge that details filled are final. The registration once completed cannot be cancelled for any refunds for any reason whatsoever.
• You are obligated to pay for online registration for your business, regardless of your attendance. If the registration is completed and the visit to exhibition is not completed in case of any unforeseen circumstances, the company shall not refund the amount.
• It is also provided that in case of a cancellation of your visit by you prior to the date and time of the event or by the Company due to whatever reasons, the Company shall not refund the registration amount.
